A Mortgage Administration Fee is only charged if you complete on your mortgage. Our typical fee for administration of a mortgage is £695.

We are sorry to be the bearer of bad news but due to the current credit crunch all UK lenders now require a minimum Loan to Value of 95% on self cert mortgages. This means that you need to insert a maximum mortgage required amount of £ in the Mortgage Required box on the enquiry form.

As a whole of market mortgage broker we can tell you that If you do not have the minimum Loan to value of 95% then you will be unable to secure a mortgage at the current time. The market will change however, so please fill in your name and email address in the box below and we will email you as soon as the lenders relax their deposit criteria.
